Cancellation policy

1. What this policy covers
The 100dola Malaga cycling services provided by FUTUNATU s.r.o. as part of a cycling camp: guided rides in and around Málaga, transport and storage of your bike from EU countries to Spain and back, use of the base facilities (basic servicing, shower), transport of your bike within Málaga to and from your accommodation, collection of luggage and kit from your accommodation to the base, photos and video from the rides, sports nutrition at the base, and organisational help and information.
We do not provide flights, accommodation, meals or passenger transport, and these are not included in the price. They are governed by their providers' own terms.
2. Cancellation by the participant

The period is counted from the date your cancellation email reaches us to the first day of the event (as stated for the specific dates).
3. How to cancel
Email [email protected]. The cancellation takes effect on the day your email is delivered. We'll confirm it within 2 working days.
4. Replacement participant
You can name another participant to go in your place (name, contact details, bike size) free of charge. The replacement is subject to approval, which is decided solely by 100dola. We will not refuse approval without a serious reason (capacity, the participant's safety and fitness to take part, failure to meet the conditions of participation) and we will decide without undue delay. Any settlement between you and your replacement is a matter between the two of you. Let us know about the change as soon as possible and no later than 30 days before the start, so we have time to prepare the bike and extras.
5. Cancellation by 100dola
If we cancel the event (too few participants, force majeure, safety), we will offer you a refund of 100% of the price paid or alternative dates.
6. Bike transport and storage
Bike transport and storage costs are incurred in advance and are non-refundable with the carrier and other providers. This is why they are reflected in the table in section 2.
7. Travel insurance with cancellation cover
We recommend taking out your own travel insurance with cancellation cover (for example in case of illness or injury). On request we will issue confirmation of the cancellation and the amount of the fee, which you can submit to your insurer. We cannot guarantee that your insurer will pay out for the cancellation.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
For services provided on an agreed date (leisure activities), a consumer does not have the right to withdraw within 14 days from a contract concluded at a distance (Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). We inform you of this before the contract is concluded and ask for your confirmation.
